Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Orders are processed and shipped from our USA based, FDA approved facility primerly for having close quality control. Shipping times and rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

We are actively working to expand into additional markets including Europe in the near future. If you are located outside the US or Canada and would like to be notified when we launch in your region, you may join our waitlist using the form below (or email us).

We do not offer phone support at this time. Email ensures your request is documented and answered accurately.

Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying our products. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Not satisfied with your purchase?
You may return any unused or gently used bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit toward a future order. We do not offer cash refunds at this time, but we will gladly help you find a product that works better for you.

Lost, undelivered, or damaged during shipping?
We take full responsibility. If your order is lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged — contact us within 14 days and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

What we ask from you:
For returns (store credit), please send the item back to the address provided in your confirmation email. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the issue was our error.

For replacements (lost/damaged), simply email us with your order number and a brief description. No need to return damaged items unless we request it.

A note from us:
We are a small, growing brand based in the USA. We do not offer cash refunds at this stage because every dollar goes back into making better products and expanding to more customers like you. As we grow, we plan to introduce full money-back guarantees. For now, we promise to replace anything that goes wrong and give you store credit for anything you do not love.
